in mannheim germany with guru bandhus

Firstly... is noone reading this? how come no comments... i felt noone is reading this so why write it... or put up photos... until i got a few messages saying how come no uploads.... so do write a comment even if its just to say hello

Moving around where the language is totally different is a strange interesting experience.... even if there is talk going on, u dont understand it, and u are in yr own space .... u do communicate sometimes... but its such a strain to listen and understand the strange accents and strings of words and u can see what a strain it is for them to talk.... i shall hence forth be much more considerate to those who come to india and are not fluent in english or any of the indian languages.

This is the fast ICE train which i took from zurich to mannheim.....

to mannheim where i was met by gurubandhus Michelle and Maurice and we went to traudels... where we ate a delicious rice salad.... boiled parboiled rice mixed with onions tomatoes, garlic, olive, carrots, green pepers, olive oil and it was great... you an make this hours before and since there was 12 of us eating it was really convenient.... highly recomended and simple to make................

and these are some of my gurubandhu freinds who have come from italy germany and france.... some of the nicest gentlest people i have met... sitting around the dinner table having wine, talking each day over 5 meals ... yes... and inbetween we do the bhajans, listen to a lecture of dasbodh, and from Maharaj, and talk about advaita and living it... some names mainly so that i remember them.... giselle, gaiel, lawrence, elise, mangla/laura, dr. berne, monique, serge, maurice, michelle/govindas, brigette-......

traudel, our host is 73 and is a great inspiration to me... she is so active, so smiling through the 12 guests who are living in her place for 4 days..... i think we must make 50 cups of tea and coffee in the mornng, then do bhajans, then do breakfast bread and jam, and then make garlands, then do bhajans, do lunch, she takes out to gardens, for a swim, to some sight seeing, the bhajans, then
dinner and wine and the next day again... and all with this charming welcoming smile .. can you beleive she has had a hip replacement? . she is below cooking the pumpkin soup....

make many mandalas and give to traudel, berne, mangala.....

we go to this park which is amazing.. there are so many very practical things around... there is a big pool of cold cold water and we walk in in apparantly its good for circulation... there is a cement table tennis table with a metal net... can make in jamrung karjat.. then there is this big net where children are climbing and jumping.... and what flowers.... and animals.... in the water are these big big carp with big mouths eating the bread being thrown in

we go to the water tower, and the fountain whch keeps changing in how high the different water fountains go.... reminds me of mandalas... and what cars..... many mercedes and vws...

one day i will figure out how this blog works....and be able to write near the photos... it happens sometimes then other times...wooof... no go.... think it depends on the comp

getting little tired of travelling now... and the hassle of figuring out how to go from one place to another..... also am getting a lot od ideas and need to start working n making a docu... once the proposal was written ih ave been thinkingo fit all day ... it will requir a lot of organiatin work and deciding what to shoot, finding the people to interview etc.... so am anxious to return to start working on it.... so not going to italy----

so, aufieder zein and danke....

of to wurzberg to meet my old friend.
