this is along the creek which runs by janas house... a sitting place with some sculptors around...... grass below and people come here to play in the creek ... the creek has a venice experience and you can take a boat and come down ... there are different levels and there are locks which take the boat up and down

Sara... karen and anils daughter ....she is 17 years old just finished high school ........ she is back from bhajan class.... yes you read right .... follower of amma........ amma is coming here to sante fe and sara asks me if i will be there to come..... how come she is going to amma? her best freind went to an ashram school........ and she goes with her..... calls it cooool...
mary karens sister has gifted her a ticket to come to india and sara is really excited about it and figuring out when she can come... hopefully this year...she has not been back for 9 years and asks many questions... about vada pao, enerjee drink, her cousins, masala chips ....shes wondering about college etc what to study, she is thinking maybe of PR, or communication or marketing....... shes really focussed and works real hard on her goals

karen works at this fantastic place called jaloupeor something like that.. it is spread over 6acres has outdoor activities... like you can paint your own pot; there is a glass blowing demostration done by native americans... and stuff from india china bali..... furniture clothes rugs ceramics you name it... it is like the goa open market but the range of stuff is really amazing.........

these are chains of fresh water pearls, opal, tourmaline.... you name it and its there............ i go on a shopping spree... and have bought over 30 chains......... remarkably cheap......... they are on sale buy one get one free.... fresh water pearls for 2 dollars a string.. thats 100 rs......... have decided to get into jewelry making with these and fix up with this girl who runs the store to choose and send me if i need later..........stuff is from all over the world...
sara karen and saras boyfreind justine.......... made tandorri chicken which they are barbequeing on the table in the yard outside karens house..... justine is very very nice. 21..he works at a marketing company for a publishing house.... we chat about my lifestylefarmer and also the book im thinking about and about internet marketing...... hes spanish hispanic.......
the centre of sante fe is the mall ... we go there at night . open spaces with many restaurants and shops around......... sante fe is a really nice and different type of place.voted the best place to visit, and no 1 on the art scene
all the art galleries are on canyon road... the galleries are in these old house which are made in clay.all of them the same colour and looks lovely.there are over 50 galleries here
